a superb worked pair[2 no] of Charles Edwards of london,hand hammered cauldron design silver salts,these beautiful items are a matched pair with matching hallmarks, they carry the mint mark for london, and the date letter g = 1902,in lovely condition they need a careful polish ,they stand approx 40mm high and are 80 mm across the widest points of two handles, they have the most superb cast handles which attach to the planished bowl with hand like design,the scroll part is ribbed on the rear and flows down into a heart design/open flower at the top of the foot,all handles and feet are in super condition,they contain a pair of blue glass liners which stand just proud and may or not be replacements,but are most likely original, these are again a matching pair, one has a few small nibbles as the photo shows on the very edge,the salts have a combined weight of 149 grams approx,the hallmarks are good and clear the makers mark being c.e.in a shield, for charles edwards of london who was a admired maker of arts and crafts silver,i will post anywhere paypal overseas please,items will be insured and signed for only, please e mail for more photos if required ,
